Our Return Policy We guarantees your complete satisfaction with any Mailbox Post Planter product. Your order is warranted to be free of material defects and damage from shipping or handling. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, notify us at 1-866-PLANTER within 15 days of purchase, with your reason for return and we will issue a return authorization number. Ship the item postage prepaid ( UPS GROUND), in its original packaging to: Mailbox Post Planters, 1000 Flag Road, Adair, Iowa 50002 for a 100% purchase price refund. If the the product is determined by Mailbox Post Planters to have been damaged in shipping or having material defects, the shipping cost will also be refunded. The Post Planter may not be returned after installation.
